Mike grew up in West Devon and has lived in the county and been involved with Devon property his entire working life.
After graduating from University he joined a busy independent estate agency in Exeter in 1986 and cut his teeth dealing with a wide range of residential property. Over the next 20 years he worked for just two firms covering much of Devon. In 2006 when he joined a long established and multi-disciplinary property practice based in Exeter and, as a partner, headed up the firm’s residential and commercial agency business. In this role he advised clients in both the selling and buying of individual residential properties and development opportunities.
Over 35 years of industry experience allows Mike to advise on the finest locations and draw on an extensive range of key contacts. The most rewarding property finds are often those not yet in the public domain and Mike has spent his professional life building the crucial connections which enable him to identify opportunities not always available to others.
Mike has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents for many years
Mike has two grown up children and lives in East Devon with his partner Marion and their two dogs. When not busy being taken for a walk by the dogs he enjoys all sports and is an enthusiastic, if not very good, racketball player.
