Often time poor, professional and retired people from London, The Home Counties and internationally he offered local knowledge and links to contacts with selling agents with whom he negotiated on behalf of his clients achieving successful purchases of country, city and waterside homes.

Robin Thomas, your Farms & Estates Specialist studied Rural Estate Management at The Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester and received The Royal Agricultural Society of England’s gold medal for agriculture. Later, he became a Partner at Strutt and Parker Estate Agency, working for four years selling property in Wiltshire, Hampshire and Dorset and in 1982, he opened their Exeter office. He worked for over 30 years in the property sector in Somerset, Devon and Cornwall. During that time he sold and bought some of the finest estates, farms and country houses throughout the South West of England. Today, he helps his Recoco clients find and complete on Country Houses, Farms & Estates. Based in Devon, he mainly operates in Devon, Dorset and Somerset, however, does conduct his services nationally when acting for clients looking for Farms & Estates.
Mike Henderson, your Plots & Sites Specialist began his career in 1986. In this time, he has built up an extensive range of professional connections that unlock doors to development opportunities that are not necessarily available on the open market or that are apparent to the casual observer. This experience enables Mike to identify the most likely locations where those unique one-off plots which have the potential to accommodate a unique and innovative dwelling are most likely to be found. Mike’s wide-ranging role also includes enquiring into the planning history of a site, discussing potential with planning consultants and architects, advising on values, and introducing other appropriate consultants. These will include land surveyors and geo-technical advisors assessing what is under the ground and not immediately apparent to the naked eye.
